Being the only employee, I had the following responsibilities:
- Contacting by phone, the clients who already have an insurance policy, in order for them to purchase a health program.
-Advising clients on the basic policy they have with us.
- Update the existing databases.
- Maintaining the client's interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Exceeding the standards imposed by the company, and constantly winning the bonus for the best seller.
-I design and coordinate the health and general culture groups, dedicated to adults with mental health problems.
- Planning topics that we will debate in the weekly meetings, together with the members involved.
- Mediation of the weekly meetings.
- Designing and analyzing the social surveys together with a superior.
- Promotion and sale of Christmas items, designed by the beneficiaries
