Being my organization, at the moment I manage everything related to:

• Maintenance and updating company's website, social media pages.
• Fund management
• Designing new projects for the organization.
• Designing the podcast ,,Let's be friends!,, The first podcast dedicated to people with disabilities in Romania.
• Searching for beneficiaries / sponsors/ volunteers/partners.

Being the only employee, I had the following responsibilities:

• Jewelry promotion. Both online and in the physical store.
• Management of the company's website. Writing articles, updating new products, e-commerce. Holiday-Black Friday promotions.
• Primary accounting.
• Total management of the physical store

• Active and constant search of potential customers.
• Search for new insurance agents.
• Offering support to the agents, in the process of negotiation, of closing the sale and collecting the payment.
• Coordinating the search of potential clients by the group agents.
• Verifying documents related to the concluded insurance contracts and their equivalent value. Sending them to the central headquarter

• Selling and execution of orthoses.
  Selling and execution of prosthesis.
• Making molds.
• Investigation the anatomical segment on which the orthopedic object is applied.
• Training the beneficiary on how to use and maintain the orthopedic appliance.
• Filling the necessary documents for the discount with the public health insurance house.

- Contacting by phone, the clients who already have an insurance policy, in order for them to purchase a health program.

-Advising clients on the basic policy they have with us.

- Update the existing databases.

- Maintaining the client's interest in the services and products offered by the company.

- Exceeding the standards imposed by the company, and constantly winning the bonus for the best seller.

• Telephone contact of the customers from the database, in order to inform them about new promotions, contests and other services provided by our company.
• Telephone sale of alternative books and collections, used in formal education.
• Selling by phone
• Identifying and proposing new ways of communicating with clients, in order to increase work efficiency.
• Periodic updating and improving the databases.

-I design and coordinate the health and general culture groups, dedicated to adults with mental health problems.

- Planning topics that we will debate in the weekly meetings, together with the members involved.

- Mediation of the weekly meetings.
- Designing and analyzing the social surveys together with a superior.

- Promotion and sale of Christmas items, designed by the beneficiaries
