- Re-qualification of different components with the analyze label : expired components, without a mat-label, with difference of quantity, identification the type of component in order to see if it's a transistor, a capacitor or a resistance.The components must have the optimum parameters for functionality
- Verification of mechanical, electro-mechanical and electronic materials coming from suppliers according to control plans.The inspection is done according with technical drawing, failure catalogue, visual inspection, dimensional check and electrical check
- Those characteristics are verified with different measurement instruments such as 2D Profile Projector Machine (Zeiss), Cooper analyzer, DMC Quality Scanner Rea MLV-2D, callipers, digital-multimeter, micrometer, Leica Microscope and other measurement instruments
- Creating the control plans for electronic and electro-mechanical components
- The components that have quality problems such as burr, cracks, spalling, lack of material, scratches, bent pins, plastic and copper excess are blocked and the claims manager (Quality Specialist) responsible of the project is announced
- Quality reports of parts that require thorough checks such as: 2D, 3D measurements
- Monthly Inventory of materials and supervision the sorting team
- Open a claim for suppliers because of quality issue after we inspect the arrival materials.Few example below: -Damaged packaging -Expired materials -Excess material or lack of it, in the critical locations indicated in the technical drawing -Contamined materials -The marks of identification for components are missing such as index, data-code, part-number, data matrix code, cavity
