I like a lot to play with ingredients and to create new recipes, research on international baking and pastries. It's interesting and challenging to reinterpret old recipes by bringing them to a new form.
Since war started in Ukraine I am involved in UBC'22 project that offer to refugees a warm place to stay, medication, food and help them with all support they need(financial, emotional etc). In 2023 we started to help also people from Turkey by sending them products and medication.
We live in a world which is controlled by news we hear via social media, I am interested to discover more about how to provide quality content.
