  • Moved on to RCCL where I learned a lot, became much faster and accurate with my dealing, and also experienced a much higher standard of customer service. Coming from Europe I had to adapt to the American hospitality industry witch is all about making customers happy. Once I got there I was told I need to learn Craps to become a "complete" dealer, witch I did and eventually it became my favorite game to deal.
  • Working for RCCL for the past 11 years helped me understand how important is Customer Service in this industry and how necessary it is to have a friendly staff for the guests to come back.
