- Installation, configuration and integrating the Kuka robot in the production line. Modifying and implementing robot programs.

- Searching for new process optimization solutions, simplification and automation ideas, cost reductions for the workforce and increasing production capacity.
- Maintenance planning on automatic production lines and their transmission to the maintenance team according to the needs of the equipments and the range of works, daily weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
- Involvement in processes and new automation ideas brought to the site.
- Providing support for automation implementation and development.
- Active participation in meetings with the direct customers to provide update over the projects. Provide results and capability studies after equipments/ new automation installations.
- Provide automation solutions for business/site and customer. I'm looking for new processes that can be automated and proposed
- I developed and created URS documents for different projects. I planned the FAT and SAT for these projects in accordance with the requirements given to the manufacturer to check if the functionality and specifications data are correct and in the parameters.
- Between 2nd Nov and 16th Nov 2019, I was the Technical Lead for a international line transfer between same Company sites. The production line was moved above my technical coordinations and instruction from Oradea, România to Senai, Malaysia. The transfer was a great success, the line was fully assembled in less than 5 days and validated in 2 days. After that this one was released for fully production.
