YouthBank is a volunteer program for high school students, and I was part of the team that launched the program in Timișoara. I was involved in all the processes of the program:
Fundraising - we got meetings with decision-makers from different companies, in order to attract funds for the program. I also organized events together with my colleagues, in order to raise funds.
My greatest hit - ACI software systems, they sponsored us with 1000 euros after my meeting with them.
Grantmaking - at this stage, we were using the money raised to finance the projects written by high school students. I had to evaluate, judge and monitor the projects.
Recruitment - my task was to promote the idea of

volunteering, to analyze CVs, selection of candidates and their integration into the team

The business object of the company is the sale of carpentry tools online and physically in a store.
My main tasks were to receive the orders that came online, packing
products and their delivery by post or express courier. Also more activities on the website effectively, introducing new products or modifying existing ones.
I also had primary accounting duties, working with a program of
accounting:
Invoice processing (incoming and outgoing)
Inventory management
Close of the month

Within the company I was a manager and legal administrator. The company was founded on European Funds The project lasted only one year. The main activity of the company was car washing, without water, using spray solutions. This alternative is 100% ecological.
My main tasks: finding customerd, recruiting employees, training
employees, inventory management. I was also in charge of everything
reporting to the EU.

The job involved slaughtering pigs
Here I had the chance to learn all the stages of slaughter.

Placed safety as top priority for rides and followed community guidelines for engaging emergency personnel.

Improved customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service as an Uber Partner.

Built rapport with passengers through friendly conversation and attentive listening.

Assisted passengers with special needs or requirements, ensuring their comfort throughout the ride.

The company is a support call center for the car dealerships that are under the Stellantis Conglomerate network.

Basically I started as an call center agent on the german desk, in November 2022, and became the Project Manager in March 2023.

As an operator I improved my communication skills and organizational skills.

Due to the fact that I am a fast learner and I acquire experience very fast, the owner of the company proposed that I become the manager of the project and to train the new employees.

Even from the beginning from the first days of training (3 weeks), I stood up among my colleagues as a team leader, and as a point of refference.

My tasks as a project manager involves everything. The main responsability is the quality of the service. Analyzing the work of my colleagues each day to look for mistakes, and to improve their work.

I also take care of the HR (vacations, interviewing new people etc.)

Another part of my job is training the new employees.
