Coordinate and evaluate all new projects in terms of Cost Quality Delay.

Drive improvement and facilitate new/adaptive solutions to improve serial/development production implementation.

Drive constant development and Trainings/Work Sessions with teams in order to improve workflow and gain better understanding of new project implementation.

Drive and create possibility to improve, evolve, train and develop skills, best practices and Lesson Learnt in order to best fit our production and mentality.

Area of activity : Molding & Assembly - Interior, Exterior door handles

Project Program Manager for Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi.

Main Role :

Develop & Implement all new projects from internal client portfolio (External Handles, Internal Handles, Rear door Handles & Fuel Tank).

Drive, create and evaluate all new product implementation in terms of internal targets and RFQ with client. Main focus was Molding & Assembly + Expertise and evaluation in terms of Design/Aspect products.

In charge of client quotation and product implementation from pre-development to serial life.

Area of activity - Fuel system & Access system in vehicle for Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi

Main Role :

Drive cross function and cross divisions in terms of new product implementation in different production location.

Main responsibility and focus was to define in pre-development the Technical definition of the vehicle and realize in development QCA (Cost - quality analysis) & QCD (Cost - quality delay).
