Works:

• Design and Execution of works related to the investment objective "Electrification and rehabilitation of the Cluj Napoca –Oradea – Episcopia Bihor railway line", Lot 3 Poieni – Aleșd: H.M. Butan, Aleșd C.F. Station, Aleșd District, Vadu Crișului C.F. Station;
• Design and Execution of works related to the investment objective "Modernization of the Caransebeș – Timișoara – Arad railway line", Lot 2 Lugoj – Timișoara Est: Lugoj C.F. Station, Recaș C.F. Station;
• Rehabilitation of the Curtici – Simeria railway line, part of the Pan-European Corridor IV for trains with a maximum speed of 160 km/h, Section 3 Simeria - Gurasada.

Responsibilities:

• Travels to the project site to collect data necessary for design;
• Monitors the execution of works during project implementation;
• Reviews design documents, including the general/specialty specifications, site data, and approvals;
• Carries out the design stages, ensuring compliance with the general specifications.

Works:

• Photovoltaic Park (23 MW) in Deparați village, Trivalea Mosteni, Teleorman County (solar panels with solar trackers).

Responsibilities:

• Support the site manager in achieving the reference milestones regarding scope, quality, and the project, ensuring that subcontractor obligations are met;
• Monitor the project schedule, ensuring that the project milestones and deadlines are met;
• Review quality assurance plans or, where applicable, procedures, managing performance in accordance with project requirements;
• Provide consultancy and supervise subcontractors and their teams in fulfilling project requirements and production;
• Conduct on-site inspections for the allocated works, immediately reporting any deviations or deficiencies in the production process to the site manager.

Works:

• Design and Execution of a new Administrative Pavilion in a Military Unit in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly preparation of attachments, ensuring the executed works are classified within existing budget items;
• Preparation of acceptance reports in accordance with the C56-02 standard for verifying the quality and acceptance of installation works;
• Inspection and acceptance of materials required for the works at the site (based on invoices, declarations of conformity, and quality certificates);
• Participation in the acceptance of works and quality control of their execution;
• Representing the contractor in relations with the project beneficiary;
• Monitoring the progress of work execution according to the Gantt chart;
• Maintaining communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the General Contractor, Site Supervisor, Health and Safety Coordinator, Designers, and other entities involved in the production process (third-party companies handling non-electrical installations).

Works:

• Rehabilitation of auxiliary infrastructure for the spaces designated for R&D activities at INCDCP-ICECHIM

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the acceptance of works and quality control of their execution;
• Attending clarification meetings with the client and the project designer;
• Monitoring the progress of work execution, including identifying additional works;
• Preparing acceptance reports in accordance with the C56-02 standard for verifying the quality and acceptance of sanitary installation works;
• Providing technical assistance on-site regarding the execution of sanitary and electrical installation works;
• Conducting training sessions on Occupational Health and Safety/Emergency Situations.

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the technological regime of each installation, as well as the timely and high-quality execution of repairs and maintenance of installations and equipment;
• Tracking and ensuring adherence to the established specific consumption levels for energy and fuel;
• Proposing measures and solutions to maximize the utilization of existing production capacities and modernize certain production processes;
• Defining and distributing responsibilities within the production department;
• Approving product technical data sheets and proposing improvements to them;
• Developing an environmental management program in alignment with the company's environmental policy;
• Conducting Occupational Health and Safety training for subordinate staff;
• Providing technical consulting to the company administrator to support effective decision-making regarding the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting field visits to assess repair works;
• Preparing technical and economic documentation based on observations made at visited properties requiring repair works for installations and constructions;
• Preparing documentation for additional equipment or installations based on site instructions or supplementary work orders;
• Managing contracts for outsourced major repair works;
• For outsourced contracts related to major repairs, preparing payment reports in accordance with invoices issued by contractors, based on work statements verified and signed by site supervisors;
• Preparing acceptance reports upon completion of major repair works, as well as final acceptance reports and warranty release documents.
