As an intern in the Accounts Payable Department, I worked in the Travel and Expenses (T&E) team, collaborating with BAT employees from various countries, including Ghana, Turkey, Panama, Guatemala, Brazil, and many others. My responsibilities included processing and verifying travel and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing monthly closing reports.
Due to my performance, I was promoted to the position of Senior, becoming the youngest member of the team. In this role, I took on additional responsibilities, such as overseeing complex expense reports and supporting team operations during month-end closures.

My role involved processing and verifying travel and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to employees regarding financial queries related to business travel.
Government of Romania – Ministry of Internal Affairs, Communication Directorate
During my internship at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, I was actively involved in the Communication Directorate’s activities. My responsibilities included drafting speeches for the Minister of Internal Affairs, contributing to the ministry’s social media strategies, and participating in the creation of TV campaigns aimed at public awareness and engagement.
I participated in the INDAGRA event, the most complex and significant agricultural event in Romania.
As part of the project, I represented the booth of the United States Embassy.
I engaged with visitors and provided them with various information about the event and the involvement of American citizens in agriculture.
