  • I've managed to fully align the pricing practice to our commercial strategy and automate most of the manual processes while creating a strong and transparent pricing governance.

  • During the time spent on this position I had initiated and implemented the first marketing automation system, based on PEGA technology
  • It came with visible efficiencies in the back office teams, with stronger results and easier to control processes
  • During my last months on this role, I was involved in the integration of the fix base acquired by Vodafone.

  • As many others, I started my career in Customer Service, during my university studies and step by step moved from IT operational roles to commercial
  • I coordinated one of the first PEGA marketing automation implementations worldwide, after accumulating experience in working with IBM Unica (marketing automation) that was used by Orange Switzerland - where I worked for almost 3 years
  • The marketing automation implementation brought me closer to commercial, opening my appetite for base management and other commercial activities
  • I realised I could be successful in delivering commercial results, success derived from my nativ ability of using data and base my decisions on insights coming from data
  • It has been demonstrated as being the right choice, as the results coming afterwards fully proved.
