Designs and tracks customer journeys, creates and delivers relevant products, marketing and/or channel strategies with a focus on product, taking decisions based on customer data, being responsible for business outcomes, and coordinates with relevant internal and/or external stakeholders, in order to design new and continuously improve existing customer experiences.

Main responsibilities:

• 1st Line of Defense Risk Management :Follow the appropriate procedures on Risk Management to assess and support the mitigation of financial risk and non-financial risk in order to protect the organization from undue risks.
• Budgeting: Deliver a budget for an area of the organization .
• Commercial Management: Help managers make effective decisions based on the data.
• Customer Experience Strategy: Perform analyses that contribute to the understanding of the needs and expectations of different customer segments.
• Customer Experiences Implementation: Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.
• Data-driven Product and Service Improvement:Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement.
• Pricing/ Reimbursement: Work independently to collate and analyze pricing and reimbursement data using data modeling tools and algorithms to calculate the best sales prices and reimbursement guidelines.
• Product Management: Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long- and short term development and marketing. Perform analyses to stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.

Main responsabilities:

• Checking the appraisal reports issued by external appraisers for the real estate and movable assets proposed as collaterals
• Provide support related to collaterals for different areas from the bank (sales, postdisbursement, recovery, IT)
• Monitoring the concentration degree of external appraisers
• Data quality on collateral portfolio
• Manage the relationship with external appraisers, providing support and mediation
• Analyze the collateral portfolio in order to issuing certain reports
• Support on updating the appraising procedures
• On-site collaterals check
• Check if the appraised properties meet the bank criteria to be accepted as collaterals
• Member of the team in charge with development of Collateral Modules (collaterals management system).

Main responsabilities:

• Facilitate and promote SCRUM processes within the allocated teams
• Guide scrum teams in Agile methodology
• Organize and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies
• Removing impediments appeared within the sprints
• Support Product Owner in adopting the best practices for transparency and backlog management
• Tracking and monitoring of scrum process, team velocity, and sprint progress
• Ensuring the sprint and product backlog visibility to all involved parties.

Main responsabilities:

• Supervision of appraisal reports for real estate and movable assets (issued by internal and external appraisers)
• Managing the relation with external providers and contracts/tariffs negotiation
• Real estate market research
• Project development and implementation within division/bank - CMS Collaterals Management System
• New processes/workflows implementation
• Coordination of reconciliation processes between internal customers and the external appraisal companies
• Data quality reports regarding the collaterals portfolio
• Non-tangible collaterals management
• Coordination of collateral officers team - Western and Central region of the country
• Setting team performance targets
• On-going coaching for team members
• Monitoring the key performance indicators of coordinated team.

Main responsabilities:

• On-going monitoring of external evaluation reports
• Monitoring and updating of the bank guarantees portfolio
• Selecting and monitoring the external appraisers agreed by the bank
• Evaluation of assets representing mortgage and pledge for loans.

• Coordination of collateral officers team - Western region (21 members)
• Evaluation reports supervision
• Project development and implementation within division/bank
• New processes/workflows implementation
• Coordination of reconciliation processes
• Monitoring of team key performance indicators
• Setting team performance targets
• On-going coaching for team members.

Main responsabilities:

• Evaluation of personal and fixed assets representing mortgage for loans
• On-site inspections of personal and fixed assets
• Drafting of evaluation reports and observation notes
• Creating a portfolio of potential guarantees
• Monitoring and updating of the bank guarantees portfolio
• Ongoing monitoring of external evaluation reports
• Ongoing real estate market research.

• In charge of all activities regarding the promotion of Zoeller and OTTO products on the Romanian market.

Main responsabilities:

• Create, promote and sell fairs, exhibitions, and all related activities
• Prepare internal and external customers database, budget estimation for each fair
• Renting exhibition spaces
• Negotiating terms of rental agreements
• Issue invoices for services and maintaining relationships with all customers
• Promote the fairs abroad during the exhibitions with the same profile (France, Bulgaria).

• Develop and maintain the clients' portfolio
• Involved in all company's marketing activities.
