"Between June 29-30, the Brasov County Council of Students, together with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, participated in the project" Local Strategy Game ", which aimed to present to young people aged 14-18, the structure of the device Romanian politics, the importance of the Local Council at city level, and the ways in which citizens can report certain irregularities or propose draft decisions to the Local Council. At the same time, the students participated yesterday, June 30, in the Ordinary Meeting of the Local Council in the Brasov City Hall, where they were able to meet local councilors and where, following discussions, they managed to know the rights and responsibilities that a citizen must to have them.

"The general objective of the project is to facilitate the transition from school to active life of 1,200 students from 12 counties (Bacau, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui, Alba, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Sibiu), in order to develop the skills needed to build a successful career. The main objectives of the project are:
Main objective 1: students will be advised in choosing a future profession according to their profile, needs and expectations. They will be advised in raising awareness of these needs.
Main objective 2: students will be taught, step by step, to set up a company, to work in it from A to Z and to collaborate with similar companies in the country and abroad. Students will learn to manage a company and work in a team as employees and employers, as suppliers / providers but also as beneficiaries. They will be prepared to face the reality of everyday life in the near future."
