I have supported complex projects involving consultancy, research-based analysis, and the preparation of client-facing materials for stakeholders from institutions such as the Ministry of Education in Romania, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UNESCO institutes, or the European Commission. I am particularly interested in work transformation and consultancy and I enjoy translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.
