Introduced to the procurement and supply chain through active trainings in the first two months, then starting to work as a material planner with a small portfolio of suppliers in order to move towards an end to end material planner role.

• Follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects
• Communicate the Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow Suppliers confirmation.
• Analyse Suppliers confirmations vs. Alstom needs and evaluate the risk/impact anticipation on production/projects.
• Identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions
• Maintain a routine with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries.
• Apply appropriate communication routines with Suppliers based on their delivery performances.
• Analyse and manage MRP (Material Requirement/Resource Planning) exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand)
• Maintain delivery dates in ERP system
• Track missing parts until stock availability
• Ensure non-conformities replacement
• Analyse and share deliveries performances KPI's
