  • In my current position at the Red Flag Group I am in charge of conducting enhanced due diligence reports for Fortune 500 corporate clients, as well as reviewing reports written by analysts ensuring they are in line with a strict company template both stylistically and in substance
  • Since joining the Red Flag Group I have conducted over 100 due diligence investigations across Latin America, Europe, the Middle-East and North Africa, and the CIS
  • Most recently I have been tasked with developing jurisdictional knowledge and operational capabilities in Somalia
  • In February 2015 despite having worked for only two months with the Firm, I was tasked with building and implementing the guidelines, documentation and training curriculum of what was envisaged to become the company's in-house Reputational Intelligence Capability, all on a tight deadline
  • Today, the Red Flag Group has a team of analysts trained and capable of conducting overt and covert reputational inquiries and reference checks across the planet
  • As a result, operational costs, particularly for the Americas region, have been reduced by an average of 90%
  • Team Leaders' and analysts' feedback on the quality of the inquiries further confirmed the efficiency of the new team in delivering not only a cheaper product, but a more qualitative one, for its internal customers
  • In the past one month I have conducted close to twenty reputational intelligence investigations throughout South America

  • In conducting this work, I have worked to a single case manager and have thus been responsible for conducting timely and accurate research, engaging with external sources and subcontractors, and drafting reports
  • I conducted a major AML compliance review in Russia and Ukraine for a client concerned if western sanctions impacted their partners
  • I required a high attention to detail to ensure the subjects had clean backgrounds, and I then developed an innovative reporting spreadsheet to clearly present our findings to the Client
  • I have conducted numerous deep-dive background checks for a client making strategic high level hires
  • The work included confirming key aspects of their CVs, ensuring no publicly reported red-flags existed, and identifying sources that could be discreetly contacted to provide visibility on their wider reputation
  • I have developed a substantial investigative knowledge of how to conduct thorough public record research into both individuals and companies in a wide range of jurisdictions
  • This knowledge has been further enhanced through R2G giving me a key role of researching country cards for each country we operate

  • My latest article addressed compliance risks that Western firms face following international sanctions on Russian and Ukrainian targets
