As an industrial automatist, my responsibilities include designing, developing and maintaining the automation systems used in the hydroelectric power plant systems.

I ensure that all the machinery and equipment are working optimally, and i troubleshoot any issues that arise in the automation systems.

As a software debugger, i am responsible for identifying and resolving software issues in the automation systems. I analyze software code, diagnose bugs, and develop solutions to fix them. I also collaborate with other engineers and technicians to test and verify the software fixes.

In addition to my technical skills, i possess strong project management skills. I am adept at coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. I am also an effective communicator , able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Overall, my experience as an industrial automatist in the hydroelectric production field and power distribution field, combined with my proficiency in automation systems and software debugging, makes me well-suited to provide comprehensive testing and commissioning supervision and support, monitoring and diagnosis services for the electrical substations, hydroelectric machines automations, and all the appurtenances and auxiliary installations within Subsidiary Hydro Bistrita.

• Monitoring and diagnosing the equipment malfunctions, hardware faults and software bugs detection and removal;
• Participating proactively in the integration processes of the new systems and equipments;
• Participating at factory acceptance tests of newly aquired equipments and systems;
• Providing specialized support in the research process and in the implementation of new hydroelectric projects;
• Developing test methods and equipment and technology adaptation/implementation to serve operational processes the company needs;
• Conducting tests, inspections and maintenance activities for the hydroelectric plant electrical and electro-mechanical equipments, SCADA systems and substations electrical protection relays , in compliance with company procedures and technical manuals for evaluating their quality and performances;
• Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the hydroelectric production system;
• Ability to learn, to support and manage system softwares and to optimise the processes logic, debuging and troubleshooting the hydro automation systems and SCADA created with Vijeo CITECT, Unity PRO XL, Simatic STEP7, MiCOM S1 Agile, GE Enervista, network communicaon administration and security according to IEC 60870 and IEC 61850 communication protocols , and access port security management from Forti devices interfaces;
• Experience by providing direct hands on hardware and software technical support of the hydroelectric plant systems processes, improved by proactive monitoring and eradication of the repetitive incidents and of the drive out failures at the process operational system level and dispatch control system level
• Appreciation of the trends in cyber security and knowledge of communications architectures used to support OT systems;
• Support and management for virtual machines in SCADA systems, based VSphere, ESXi VMware and VCenter Servers;
• Ensure full documentation of development and testing processes according to the applicable standards;
• Train and support operational personnel in use of automation tools/ interfaces;
• Increased productivity by identifying and implementing improvements to existing automation solutions;

• Supporting electricity generation within S.P.E.E.H HIDROELECTRICA S.A, project development processes and renewable energy goals by performing engineering dues in determining and resolving the ongoing technical issues, determine how the hydroelectric systems should work and how changes in conditions, operations and the enviroment will affect outcomes.
