I have co-founded AgroCity.eu, one of the most advanced large scale Farm Management ERPs in the world

I designed the product architecture, and built the team which is currently developing and supporting the product

The greatest challenge was the UI and the UX, where so many other competitors have failed

We managed to create a complex product for non-technical end users, such as drivers and farmers.

As a freelancer, I've successfully delivered more than 10 solutions for various customers in Europe, from Real Estate Management Solution for large buildings to integrations for Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions and Parking Management.

As an Operational Architect for SAP, I had the oversight and the responsibility of deciding on the technology stacks used for all projects and major changes to the SAP Solutions already available.

For 3 years I managed the SAP Technology Department, consisting of 3 internal teams and one virtual international team, offering ABAP Development Services, CI & CD Support, Digital Archiving and Workflow Development Support

My department had 12 internal employees and 18 external consultants, coming from more than 4 international IT Support companies and we offered international L3 support for other L2 support teams in Bucharest and Vienna and international L2 support for companies within the group, in 12 countries around the globe.

As a Technical SAP - ABAP Developer I provided development support for the major SAP Systems in the OMV Group, for one year in Bucharest and then for 3 years as an Expat in Vienna (Austria)

In Addition to my developer role, by being located in Vienna, I was in charge of supporting the development of international projects by coordinating the communication and collaboration of the teams in Bucharest and Vienna.

Starting with my first year of University, I worked as a part-time data operator for a major Bank for 6 months and later as a developer for a local company in Cluj-Napoca, supporting various international .NET and Delphi applications.
