  • Worked in cross-site teams (France, Texas, Romania), coordinating with design, material, and manufacturing engineers.
  • Designed mechanical components (shafts, bearings, housings) using metallic materials; ensured dimensional accuracy and compliance with ISO/DIN norms.
  • Managed CAD and PLM data within Teamcenter and Windchill, ensuring design consistency and correct material assignment.
  • Daily use of Teamcenter and Windchill for BOM management, configuration control, and design data versioning.

  • Conducted redimensioning and translation of fabrication drawings for Allen Gears , migrating legacy or external drawings into current CAD standards using AutoCAD.


Customer Interface & Technical Documentation

  • Prepared Vendor Data Reviews (VDRs) and Client Review Sheets (CRSs) for compressor models for the General Electric Company business using Excel and NX modeling, ensuring that model data aligns with client requirements.


Cost & Feasibility Analysis

  • Performed internal cost and feasibility analyses across multiple projects and sites, leveraging Excel and Primavera. Supported decisions on design variants, sourcing, and project budget allocation.
