Project: Reimbursable Advisory Services Agreement on Technical Support for the Preparation of Flood Risk Management Plans for Romania (P170989)

• Data design for the entire project and naming convention for all deliverables
• Data management of all deliverables in Microsoft Azure Data Lake
• Data reorganization and data clearing of 30 TB of data from Romanian Cycle 1 Implementation of Flood Directive
• Coordinating a small team
• Developing ArcGIS tools (Python scripting) for automatic Quality Control of Hazard and Risk Deliverables and running a parallel process to apply the tools on big volumes of data
• Creating dashboards for different teams with complex data sources integrated, simplified and easy to understand and use for modelers and other non-it specialists

Project: NEMA (New Economic Mechanism for Romanian Waters Authority, ANAR)

• Conducted in-depth business analysis of ANAR’s institutional processes to support the design and implementation of a performance management framework, to enhance data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
• Collaboration with ANAR’s executives to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Development of comprehensive needs assessments of ANAR’s software suite and identify gaps in ANAR’s current software architecture at executive level
• Identification of the best solution for the client, consisting in the development and implementation of three modules (Performance Management Module, Asset Risk-Based Assessment & Prioritization Module, and NEMA Module – for Financial Scenarios)
• Development of detailed technical specifications for the three modules mentioned above
• Definition of functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring integration with existing ERP systems and other relevant operational software
• Designs recommendation for the three modules, as mockups for user interfaces, ensuring they met user needs.
