As a Project manager and Business and Process Analyst, I manage a hybrid role that includes both regional and group project coordination functions, as well as developing and implementing relevant processes to optimize the organization's internal operations.

I work in a cross-border department that provides comprehensive support and addresses the needs of countries across Central and Eastern Europe.

Mission:

  • Build-up and manage transformation programs, according to the company's strategy - Build strong relationships, achieve buy-in of key stakeholders and influence others
  • Ensure all deliverables are delivered and projects are finished on time and on budget
  • Conduct a thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
