The role is based in Cyber Security department where I manage the Incident Communication project by acting as an interface between stakeholders having the below key responsibilities:

• Managing the key stakeholders and business sponsors.
• Interface between vendor and SMEs for training development.
• Meeting organization, action plans follow-up, status report.
• Keep oversight of the related project milestones.
• Training development in Articulate 360.

Additional, I manage an automatization process project where I:

• Facilitate the communication between stakeholders and development team.
• Coordinate and testing the project application features following the business stakeholders' requests.

In this role I have worked with Project Managers, Delivery Managers and Product Owners from UK, Germany and India on three large projects and the key responsibilities were related to:

• Governance meetings with key stakeholders for project progress update, risks &issues, follow up and mitigation plan.
• Procurement collaboration for SOW review and PR/PO tracking.
• Training for new joiners and Project Managers.
• Resource allocation based on project requirements and Agile methodology, headcount tracking for internal and external position, time tracking booking management.
• Financial activities: cost and p&l calculation, forecast and actual cost activities, budgeting activities, CAPEX calculation, ad-hoc reports, invoicing activities.
• Monitoring project expenditures and reporting on performance against delta variations.

In this role I have worked with PMs from Romania on several outsourcing projects and the key responsibilities were:

• Governance meetings with Delivery Managers to track against project costs, status report, risks&issues.
• Resource allocation based on project requirements, time booking management and tracking.
• Financial activities: revenue, forecast activities, ad-hoc reports, invoicing activities.
• Monitoring project expenditures and reporting on performance against variations.

In this role I have worked with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Project Directors and Financial Manager in managing both large and small projects and the key responsibilities were:

• Governance meetings with the Project Managers to keep track on the KPI performance.
• Project review with the business team for forecasting, revenue and set actions for the next month.
• In collaboration with the working capital team I kept track on the unbilled and ensured all invoices are submitted and paid.
• In collaboration with procurement and admin team I assured service delivery on time.
• Time tracking booking management.
• Financial activities: keep track on the forecast and actuals, budgeting activities, support in chasing different parties for revenue, tracking change orders and identify the impact on the costs.
