I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of "Babeș-Bolyai". I have no significant work experience in the field, only one month in a mentorship program organized by my faculty. Thanks to the courses followed in college I gained fundamental knowledge in Python, C/C++, Databases and command line programming. I am eager to get involved into a real world product, use my already gathered knowledge and expand it with the help of the experienced ones. I am starting to develop interest in CTF games, for this activity I use the HackTheBox website.
As this is going to be my first job I feel the need of pointing out some things, due to stories I've heard about employees being abused at work. I expect my working hours to be respected, meaning no extra hours of work. I also expect that any training hours that would have to be done will be payed as well, and not considered volunteering.
