- Lead local and regional CI events. Achieved 3rd place in regional competition in an earlier cycle. 1st place at the 2025 CEE CI Convention, qualified for the Global top 10.
- Implemented the Continuous Improvement pillar of BPS at factory level, from the first standards to a routine the areas actually run.
- Facilitate productivity workshops and coach shopfloor teams and leaders so the improvement stays after the event.
- Presented, two years in a row, in the global 5S virtual walk: live online review of 5S and visual management in the laboratory and the biofuel plant.
