  • Managed to successfully integrate the Supply Chain context the company is operating in and understood the specificities and priorities of the country and all the KPI’s involved (OSA, SFR, DOI, depreciation).
  • Generated orders according to a detailed analysis of past sales, status, norms, animations, peak periods and budget, making adjustments where needed and securing a healthy level of products, with good on shelf availability and making sure to compensate/secure possible out of stock items.
  • Verified, analyzed and prepared the forecast for local goods for certain periods with high sales (Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas), by examining the actual stock of each store, the past sales for the same type of period from the past years, the increasing sales trend, and comparing it with the prediction provided by the Offer Team, reaching a final, conclusive forecast.
  • Analyzed, updated and prepared the database, according to specific needs for Relex implementation (assortment, norms, status).
  • Participated in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Relex, by creating different types of tests (promotions and events introduction, future forecast review, norms check, new product introduction, store opening/closing/remodeling, alerts check), which allowed me to identify issues and solutions, typical for our region.
  • Became key user for 2 new tools, Gaia (product data collection and validation) and Ariane (novelties launch and forecast process, correlated to the information provided by Gaia), constantly communicating with the France team and conveying suggestions that could help with the particularities of our HUB (4 different countries, 4 different languages, 4 different currencies, 4 different sets of suppliers).
  • Maintained a clear and constant communication with all the parties involved in assuring a smooth and optimal process: Offer Team, local suppliers, Sales Team, our colleagues from the stores, Finance Team.
