As a Talent Sourcer for ADC Eastern Europe, my main responsibility was to identify, attract and engage potential candidates with expertise in IT, engineering and embedded systems for open positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post recruitment announcements, select candidates in alignment with the candidate profile and job requirements;
• Create and adapt messages to approach potential candidates, using specific recruitment platforms;
• Contact selected candidates to schedule interviews and knowledge assessment tests;
• Administer and ensure the candidate database is kept up-to-date;
• Report problems encountered in projects to the direct superior and propose solutions for resolution/elimination of the causes.
