  • Main point of contact between the game's community and the company. The communication was done via Discord and ZenDesk tickets.
  • Live Ops Events - responsible for coming up with ideas for new in-game & Discord events as well as implementing them and running them alongside current events.
  • Game Master - highly involved in game balancing (CSV), website moderation (HTML), Events Planning & Implementing (Python, SQL, JSON), creating, editing and running automated scripts.
  • QA Game Testing - manual tester for two mobile games titles (Rivals Esports MOBA Manager. Esports Heroes). The focus was on running functionality tests.
  • Community Project Roadmap and Events Planning - High organizational skills. Making use of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets & Docs)
  • Monetization Design - assembled new in-game shop packages based on player feedback in order to increase retention and revenue.
  • Photoshop Skills - Creating basic banners for announcements and social media. Editing existing banners to fit upcoming events and teasers.

  • Project Ownership - As part of the Sony Compliance team, coordinated a small team while working on Rainbow Six Siege. Worked with multiple levels of stakeholders (Project Closers, Release Managers, QA Leads)
  • Highly involved in all the main development stages, from Alpha to Gold on multiple AAA titles. Worked on multiple AAA titles such as: Far Cry 6, Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Rainbow Six Siege, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Assassin's Creed Valhalla)
  • Main point of contact for the validation process and requirements of the said process. Writing validation reports and communicating the status of the validation to the stakeholders.
