• Analyzing 3D models and technical manuals for various mechanical works to ensure technical and functional compliance.
• Preparing specialized mechanical plans and dedicated drawings for onboard equipment, in line with design standards and technical requirements.
• Inspecting equipment for compliance with technical documentation, VMS standards (Verification, Maintenance, Safety), and production needs.
• Defining equipment mounting nodes in connection with their foundations and the ship’s structural layout.
• Full mechanical coordination for 6 ships, with responsibility for all related equipment and direct collaboration with production teams and senior management.
• Organizing, prioritizing, and delegating tasks to the design team while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Reviewing and approving technical documentation before release to production.
• Making critical technical and organizational decisions, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.

Towards the final stages of the vessel construction, I was responsible for performing the ship ballasting calculation.
