I am part of the industrial team in Europe for SAP, focusing on the Plant Maintenance module for the last 8 years.

• As part of my job I have been involved in the following actions:
• - New plants enrollment in the SAP environment in EU and Asia.
• - Support for the existing sites in EU and Asia.
• - Handling of the enhancements required for Plant Maintenance.
• - Creating Functional Design Specifications for the ABAP team.
• - Point of contact of the business from Plant Maintenance.
• - SME for the PM module for business and our services provider for tickets resolution.
• - SME for the approval of enhancement for the industrial stream: PM, PP, QM modules.
• - from 2024 I have been the team lead for the industrial team, managing the internal PM, PP, QM team as well as the external consultant.
• As part of the internal SAP team, I have been involved in all stages of a project, from the workshops, customizing of SAP, testing, go live, after go live support. I have been involved in new implementations, mergers, demergers, training of users, data migration using LSMW.

I was part of the SAP Supply support team focusing especially on the PP module for the LindeGas project. My responsibilities were: - Handling Tickets and responsible for closing them within defined SLA usingtools such as HPSM,HP-PPM, HP-QC, SAP Solution Manager.

- Responsible for troubleshooting the issues in the system and providing support.

- Executing the needed changes in configuration.

- Raising Change Requests and preparing test data for testing CRs. - Writing functional specs and interacting with ABAP developers.

I was part of the support team for several projects as a SAP PP Consultant. My job consisted in offering support in the Production-Planning area, solving incidents by offering the best solutions and maintaining a good work relationship with our clients.

Responsible for the analysis, review and pricing approval of products (e.g.desktops,notebooks, monitors) on commercial big deals for customers based in EMEAcountries(Europe, Middle-East, Africa).
