Mr. Negoita is a hard worker who has a cheerful disposition. He showed himself to be a diligent worker during his tenure on the ship. He is one of the team's best organized members. It is an honor to collaborate with him. He is very structured in his job scope, very familiar with the procedures involved in being the First Engineer, and receptive to comments, opportunities to learn more, and ways to enhance performance. I received excellent assistance and support when unforeseen circumstances called for quick decisions. He will be a welcome addition as a Staff Chief Engineer.
