Maintain the operation of equipment and installations within operating limits by monitoring and periodically verifying them.

- Operates/Supervises the installation to ensure that the operational / process parameters are within safe operationg limits;

- Adjust the process parameters (temp, flow, pressure, level) on the entire installation according to the approved procedures;

- Performs regular checks and keeps records of important parameters for Offshore and Onshore equipament and installations by monitoring and periodically checking them according to approved work procedures;

- Start and stop the installation according to the approved procedures;

- Report any identify defects and take steps to reduce the risk;

- Maintains cleanliness and order throughout the installation;

- Supervises and executes, as appropriate, the loading and unloading of dangerous substances according to approved safety procedures;

- Request the intervention of the maintenance team whenever them identify a deviation from normal operation;

- Participate in training programs and maintains required certifications.

• Ensures the operating parameters of the installations are verified and monitored to maintain within established limits, enabling the timely detection of any potential abnormal situations;
• Issues field orders to ensure the correct execution of necessary maneuvers to maintain the technological parameters of processes in normal values;
• Interprets the results of product analyses obtained in the installation and takes measures to adjust the parameters in order to fit them into the quality standards;
• Collaborate with the other DCS operators to avoid disturbances in the operation of the installations;
• Draws up the service report to highlight all the operations performed;
• Informs the superior about any abnormal situations that occur in the operating parameters of the installation, in order to intervene in a timely and efficient manner to correct the deficiencies;
• During the planned stops and general overhauls, collaborate with the other members of the formation for the safe performance of intervention and repair works;
• Modify the operating parameters of the installation to obtain the planned production;

FCC- GAS CONCENTRATION UNIT

• Supervises and operates the machinery within the Gascon installation, in order to maintain it within normal operating parameters, according to the operating regulations;
• Check the operation of the static and dynamic equipment, the pipelines in the installation for early detection of any abnormal situations in their operation;
• Operate machines in the field to adjust the operating parameters;
• Performs draining/purging operations of the machines and records the purging in the purging sheet;
• Monitoring the values displayed by the AMC equipment in the field to fit the displayed values into the normal parameters;
• Performs the isolation, draining, steaming, de-energizing of dynamic and static machines that have malfunctions in order to prepare them for repair;
• Puts the machines into the circuit after repair/intervention for the normal operation of the installation;
• Daily checks the technical condition of the installations and fire extinguishing equipment in the installation for quick and efficient intervention in case of emergency situations;

• Sampling petroleum products, chemicals and other auxiliary products with quality monitoring products;
• Tests to determine quality indicators;
• Checking the quality of the end result to guarantee viable tests;
• Collection and destruction of residues to prevent contamination;
• Keeping sealed reference samples; sample preservation under specific conditions.

• Responsible for metrology, physical and chemical analysis of agricultural products, quality inspection and quantity of agricultural products, loaded on ships and trucks.
