I split my experience into 2 sections: experience as a developer and experience in various roles within the organisation.

Let's start with my experience as a developer, with tech stack and role description:

• 1. Apr 2017 - Jun 2017: Fullstack javascript internship.
• 2. Jun 2017 - Aug 2018: Worked on an app in the medical industry. Tech Stack: React, Redux, sass, NodeJs, Express, MongoDB, Mongoose, neo4j Graph DB. Roles: Just regular web development.
• 3. Aug 2018 - Mar 2024: Worked on an eCommerce app and a hotel guest management app( devs would hop between these projects according to the need ). Tech Stack: React. Redux, React Context, sass, styled components, material componets, Express, Cordova . Role: regular web development, after a certain time i started assuming more and more responsibilities like estimations, support, team coordination, task splitting, implementation decisions, etc. Basically becoming the team lead for the team.
• 4. Apr 2024 - Aug 2024: Worked on a telecommunications app. Tech stack: React, Redux, sass, material components. Role: regular web development, estimations, support.

Let's continue with what i did besides being a developer, with role description:

• 1. Dec 2019 - Aug 2024: Team Lead - I became team lead for the team working on the eCommerce and hotel apps. Covered in step 3 in the list above.
• 2. 2020-2024: Internship Coach - Coordonating annual 3-month internships of 2-4 interns. Role: organizing the recruitment process, curriculum setup, guidance/support, general supervision.
• 3. Apr 2022 - Aug 2024: Engineering Manager - Our company went through a reorganization process and created the role of engineering manager, i was selected as one of them for javascript development. Role: mentoring, one-to-one meetings, gathering feedback for my supervisees' work, reporting to our unit manager, coordinating with other engineering managers.
