•Prepare Detailed Drawings: Create and update comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings for residential buildings in Germany

•Utilize Drafting Software: Allplan Nemetschek to produce accurate drawings and detailed design documents

•Develop Construction Plans: Draft construction plans, including site layouts, structural details

•Review and Revise Designs: Analyze and modify designs based on feedback, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and client specifications

•Maintain Documentation: Organize and manage project documentation, including design revisions, technical reports and drawing archives

Skills and Competencies:

•Advanced skills in using Allplan Nemetschek for creating detailed design

drawings

•Technical Drawing Skills: Expertise in producing precise 2D and 3D

technical drawings, including site layouts, structural details and utility plans

•Understanding of Construction Principles: In-depth knowledge of

construction principles, building codes and industry standards

relevant to residential, commercial, and industrial projects

•Collaboration and Communication: Strong ability to work effectively

with engineers, architects and other stakeholders, ensuring clear

communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
