• Manage the day-to-day operations of the platform and website, including user access, content organization, and technical support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design engaging and interactive e-learning content aligned with business objectives
• Regularly update course materials and resources to reflect changes in the industry and business processes
• Monitor platform usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
