- archiver: i had to compile archive with support documentation for all incoming and issued invoices, specifically for the monthly activity report and the VAT refund process; my main tasks included: ensuring all required transport documents were present for both purchase and sales invoices and collaborating closely with customers (carriers) and the accounting department to maintain organized, accurate records
- invoice clerk - validation processor / SAP application: my responsibilities include verifying the accuracy and validity of incoming invoices. This involved checking that the references on invoices are correct, the quantities are accurate, and the prices matches the agreed-upon rates
- planner transport / SAP technical support - in this capacity, I had responsibilities to create weekly orders based on client requests, to ensure orders are accurately entered into both the main system and the warehouse system and to make timely adjustments as needed to align with daily warehouse stock changes, ensuring orders are ready for loading.
