• Implemented a VPN network to connect all hubs and agencies over the country, rolled out the system across 100 subsidiaries, and developed backup and recovery plans. Reached Service Level targets for the business-critical services
• Implemented new workflows, digitized and automated processes, achieving process optimization and productivity increases. Supported a 40% increase in volumes with only a 10% increase in staff, alongside improved customer satisfaction

• Team setup, recruitment and development of specialists for Software Development and Software Support teams
• Implemented a series of projects, such as: AWB tracking system based on barcodes, designed to monitor the route of AWBs, resulting in reduced errors and losses, and improved service quality
• Internally developed the SelfAWB Platform, the first online platform in the courier market, providing clients with better quality and transparency, while FAN Courier benefited from increased productivity and reduced costs associated with manual processing
• Developed a software solution for automating the invoicing process, with automatic generation and transmission of invoices from the system
