Civil law - providing legal assistance and representation before courts to clients in civil proceedings, namely claims actions, successions, actions to declare nullity/resolution/termination of contracts, contractual liability procedures;

Real estate – providing legal assistance and representation to individuals in real estate proceedings, regarding immovable property publicity and land book matters, in front of the cadastral and land book offices and the courts of law;

Family law – providing legal assistance and representation before courts to individuals, in divorce proceedings, division of assets proceedings, actions to establish parental responsibility measures regarding a child, actions to establish maintenance obligations, actions regarding the filiation (actions in establishing the filiation, denial of the paternity); drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements, conventions regarding division of assets acquired by the spouses during the marriage, conventions regarding parental responsibility measures;

Private international law – providing legal assistance and representation before courts in proceedings including international elements, involving the determination of the international jurisdiction of the court, the law applicable to the litigation, the recognition and enforcement of decisions issued by foreign courts;

Consumer protection law – providing legal assistance and representation in actions brought against prestigious banking institutions;

Banking law – coordination of a national banking law litigation project on unfair terms in credit agreements; drafting legal opinions on banking secrecy and on the compatibility of different forms of lending with national and European provisions on credit institutions and capital adequacy;

Forced execution procedure - Current management of a project concerning the enforcement of enforceable titles obtained by a banking institution: analyzing enforceable titles, formulating enforcement requests, initiating the enforcement procedure, day-to-day communication with the court executors and bank advisors for any problem arising during the enforcement procedures.
