• Handling customer claims, Implementing preventive and corrective actions, Solving 8D reports by leading and moderating teams by finding proper solution of the problem in the demanded time

• Supported participating teams on the technical side
• Teams were from Europe, also outside of Europe, in total I had 17 teams, with 5 competitors each
• My efforts were considered and I won the title of “best mentor”

• Leading internal audits in automotive and aeronautic industries
• Tracking effectiveness of implemented corrective actions, following requirements from ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 C standards
• Performed gap analysis from ISO 9001:2015 to ISO 9001:2018 and from AS 9100 C to AS 9100 D, Part of IATF 16949:2015 implementation team
