I was an active member of the local implementation team SAP EWM (Go Live in August 2022):

  • I tested and tried to identify the functionality of the warehouse processes in the EWM-SAP system, to identify gaps, to help configure the SAP system according to the company's needs .
  • I had a very good collaboration with SAP architects from IBM
  • I participated in the creation and preparation of migration files
  • I have set up and tested the printers so that all the necessary documents according to the process are printed on the desired printer.
  • I've created (documents and video) and formulated working instructions for:

*Introduction in EWM, terminology, warehouse structure, rules

*Materials Master data in EWM

*Stock Overview

*Inbound from supplier

*Transfer between different EWM Sloc, EWM Sloc to IM Sloc, IM Sloc to EWM Sloc

*Transfer with the RF scanner in the same EWM Sloc (different storage bins), materials handling, use exception codes

  • Train new and existing employees on new and current processes in place in SAP.

After SAP EWM Implementation (Go Live):

  • I worked closely with different departments to develop innovative solutions to functionality issues.
  • Advice Operations and Warehouse managers on improvements that are needed in operational processes and best practices to maximize productivity by employees.
  • The go to person for all SAP problem solving issues, EWM and not only , for 6 different EWM Sloc
