I am currently participating in the internship program organized by KPMG Romania, part of a project co-financed by European funds (PEO), where I work in a team of 5 students on developing a sustainable business plan focused on an Olympic swimming pool project. Throughout the program, I apply strategic analysis tools such as SWOT and PESTLE, use Design Thinking methods to define user-oriented solutions, and carry out financial planning and budgeting using digital tools such as Excel. Additionally, I integrate ESG principles into the business model, analyze relevant legal and fiscal aspects, and contribute to defining the marketing strategy and go-to-market approach. Within the program, I continuously work on developing and improving the project and will present it in English in front of KPMG mentors.
