As a Digital Specialist at Baumit Romania, I supported the company's digital transformation projects by assisting with the implementation and optimization of business processes across multiple departments. Working alongside internal teams, project leads, and external software vendors, I contributed to the successful deployment and adoption of digital solutions. I worked extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly within the Procurement, Transportation, Sales, and Finance modules, gaining a solid understanding of the company's ERP system and business workflows. I also supported the use and integration of Salesforce CRM and became familiar with Power BI as part of the company's reporting and analytics ecosystem. These platforms were integrated into Baumit CONNECT, providing a unified environment for business operations, customer management, and reporting.

As a System Administrator at Baumit Romania, I was responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and availability of network services and systems. My responsibilities included configuring and managing network equipment such as firewalls, switches, routers, and workstations, as well as administering VMware vSphere environments by creating, configuring, and maintaining virtual machines. I managed Microsoft Active Directory services, including user and computer accounts, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP, while also providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Additionally, I performed system monitoring, software deployment, Windows Server administration, backup and recovery operations, security updates, and infrastructure maintenance. I also collaborated with internal teams to implement new IT solutions, optimize system performance, and ensure reliable and secure day-to-day operations.
