• As a vendor through Tech Mahindra I work collaboratively with the staff of Microsoft Worldwide Learning (WWL) to land readiness internal to Microsoft
• This role focused on the coordination, engagement and stakeholder management of readiness activities, on the planning and execution of training logistics, coordinating schedules, venues, instructors and locales for training events
• Partnering with key stakeholders to provide planning and logistics support for all requested training deliveries
• Completing all necessary logistics to ensure delivery success
• Creation of deliveries (scheduled offerings) in both Dynamics & Success Factors
• Management of rosters, including enrollment, wait-list management, and class reconciliation
• Serving as the single point of contact for deliveries being individually managed
• Engaging across all team and resources to ensure logistic needs are being met in a timely manner
• Evaluation administration and summary reporting as needed
• Serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on all elements of program execution;
• Providing regular status updates and raising impacting issues to Ops Business Owner as warranted
