I am currently involved in a construction project focused on the restoration and rehabilitation of a historic monument. The work requires a careful balance between preserving the architectural and cultural value of the building and implementing modern structural and technical solutions. The project includes detailed assessment of the existing structure, use of compatible materials, and strict compliance with conservation regulations. Special attention is given to aesthetics, craftsmanship, and long-term durability, ensuring that the historical character of the monument is respected while meeting current safety and performance standards.

  Projects in DAS SRL:
  - Residential Complex "UNIREA TOWERS" with 2 Block of flats Height regime: 2B+GF+11S and 6 underground parking lots.
  - Penny Barlad and Penny Braila

  It was precast concrete plant.
  The project consists of 10 buildings, 8 of them had isolated foundations with the superstructure made from steel structure, the other two had matt foundations.

• Site Engineer at 4 block of flats with height regime of GF+3F.

  Projects in RADALEX SRL:
  -Multi storey car park having the heigh regime B+GF+4S with 2 panoramic elevators in Iulius Town, Timisoara, the first of its kind in the city.
  The infrastructure was made with monolith foundations and the superstructure mostly prefabricated elements, only the columns and the guard rail were monolith concrete.
  - Underground auto tunne in Iulius Town Timisoara;
  The foundations were combined beam network system and a matt foundation. The columns were circular with a 120cm diameter and a 5.80 height under the beam of the slab. The type of the slab was the waffle slab.
  - L Building in Iulius Town, Timisoara - with height regime B+GF+3F it was a retail building where the infrastructure were isolated foundations and the superstructure from precast elements.
  
  All these 3 projects were in the same site in Iulius Town, Timisoara which at that time was the biggest mixed-use construction site in Eastern Europe.
  
  - Consolidation of Building D1-D2/UBC8 in the two basement floors and ground floor + extension with height regime GF+7F+TS.
  In this project we consolidated the monolith foundations, all the columns and all the beams from B-2 untill the GF.
  This is the first building of its kind in Romania, after consolidating the basements and ground floor we were able to build 7 storeys. In the works of GF slab we had to unite the first floor slab with an old one what was part of the initial project made in 2011.
