I worked closely with the Commercial Director to implement the most effective sales strategies, directly impacting the growth of the client portfolio.

Additionally, I stayed up to date with market pricing dynamics, ensuring good visibility and adaptability, so that we could offer competitive and attractive prices to attract and retain as many clients as possible. I managed the complete onboarding process for new team members: from initial training and access to internal platforms to account creation in the ERP system and providing constant support in daily activities. I also collaborated closely with all relevant departments to align objectives and optimize internal processes.
