My position at SC ISROM INTERCONNECTIONS familiarized me with the recruitment of individuals from Asia. I had the opportunity to conduct interviews with candidates from Asia, maintain communication with clients, send potential offers, and ensure timely invoice collection. Additionally, I was responsible for drafting IGI-specific documents and maintained relationships with the embassies in Romania.
The role was very comprehensive and helped me grow, including linguistically, as I communicated with candidates in English and with clients in Romanian.
Although I lacked prior experience in the field, I took on a significant responsibility role. I managed an extensive client portfolio, recruiting employees with service contracts (daily workers), overseeing their timesheets, and addressing any unforeseen issues. I maintained constant communication with store managers, ensuring that all activities were conducted in full compliance with contractual terms. Additionally, I actively participated in inventory processes, contributing to their smooth execution.
In my desire to develop my leadership skills, I am currently taking two specialized courses: Management and Business Communication. These courses are helping me become a dedicated manager, capable of efficiently coordinating the team and maintaining clear and motivating communication. I am a people-oriented person, and direct interaction with colleagues helps me understand their needs and allocate tasks in a balanced and effective way, according to their strengths.
