I had the chance to pass through DISC profile three times: first in 2016, secondly in 2019 and third in 2021. From Advisor to Attainer and after Counselor, there is no other summary that can define me better than in the description below, taken from the Disc evaluation (the whole document can be shared, as of course there is also full of improvement points)

•In collaboration with Sales Trainers, Digital Trainers and L&D specialists from RO and MD, deliver training aligned to Sales strategy in order to have positive impact on field KPIs.
•Lead idea generation to support field strategy and define impact/ importance and execution.
•Identify training needs for the sales population and support and drive through both remote and in person learning.
•Measure current performance and KPI impact in line with global strategy.
•Responsible for driving adoption and engagement of Avon tools.
•Deliver new training solutions and content.
•Use defined tools and platforms to deliver solutions effectively; working with and understanding different types of participants/ learners.
•Deliver Train the Trainer to Trainers and wider training team to ensure thorough understanding and high levels of capability that upon delivery training will inspire and engage target audience.
•Follow online training trends and tools expertise to collaborate with different stakeholders and deliver effective online learning solutions/materials.
•Use coaching expertise and team development understanding to consider different approaches i.e. coaching, mentoring, shadowing.
•Understand Field Fundamentals and processes to deliver effective training on different topics.
•Ensure the Sales strategy is clearly communicated and understood across the team.
•Responsible for Field Coaching Framework development, providing Train the Trainer and support for Trainers on this process.
