I always liked to help people. Thing that at some point
brought me into the complex worlds of sales and customer
service. An extremely important and necessary quality in these
fields was my sociability, which allowed me to easily understand
people's needs. My journey in these areas began with an
awareness - the power of authentic interaction. With each new
interaction, be it easier or more difficult, i have discovered the art
of understanding the needs of customers and exceeding their
expectations. I understood how important it is to create a
connection on a personal level with clients, the need for a
relationship based on trust and loyalty being imminent. You must
not forget that people remember the emotions felt at the time of
these interactions, the way in which their problems were
approached and the attitude presented by me during their
resolution. My ability to solve problems is directly due to the fact
that I see each new challenge as a means of personal
development, a fact that has allowed me to integrate easily in
fast, hectic work environments.
Therefore, following a new stage in my career, I declare myself
impatient to be able to contribute with my experience in a
dynamic team, where the client and his needs are the priorities.
