- Preparing outstanding accounts reports, hold reports/cancellation reports, process level reports for Revenue Services and gather credit and/or reference information.
- Assisting in resolution of outstanding invoices queries/disputes

- Responding to inquires from internal and external customers.
- Collaborated closely with sales teams to ensure accurate invoicing, enabling improved forecasting capabilities for future revenue streams.
- Initially responsible for disputing chargebacks for US and Canada purchases. There were times when 150 such disputes were worked per week.
- Later took on chargebacks for LATAM region, specifically Brazil
- Currently working as a Fraud Prevention Analyst, analyzing online and offline credit card orders to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- f the main duties is to prevent fraudulent orders go through by analyzing data, observing patterns and validating customer's identity. I resort to various tools and databases provided by the company but I also use sources such as social media networks or independent trustworthy websites especially when evaluating purchases made by companies, institutions or societies.
