- Covering the ward in general internal medicine, Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) and acute medicine.
- Delivery of all aspects of teaching to a range of undergraduate students in UOB, Aston university and SGU.

- Organise and lead Bedside teaching and formal lectures for Aston 4th and 5th year and SGU final years.
• Facilitate group case discussions of 5-8 first-year medical students in various divisions of basic medical sciences.
• Tutor clinical skills from history-taking and examination of all systems to reading and interpreting investigations like blood tests, ECGs, X-rays, CTs, and MRIs.
• Discuss differential diagnoses, ruling them in or out, and elaborating on the further management plan of cases presented either verbally or through performing immediate interventions on simulation
• Attend feedback meetings to review performance on personal and group levels, following the 360° feedback method between the Dean, Instructors, Clinical Tutors, Students, and other faculty.
• Conduct OSCE/OSPE exams in-person and through online platforms.

• Receiving and managing in-patient and out-patient cases in various wards from history taking, to examination, sending for necessary investigations, performing immediate interventions under the supervision of qualified licensed doctors, and contacting senior doctors for referrals and further management.
• Accompanying Consultants and Registrars on their daily rounds, presenting cases, documenting any changes to the management plan, and informing them of the patient’s general wellbeing in their absence.
• Attending surgeries, conferences, presentations, and courses when available as well as engaging in peer discussion regarding the cases presented and teaching medical students.
