• Elaboration of subpoena requests, defenses in trials, in all stages of the trial process;
• Representation in court of the interests of the City Hall of Sector 1 and subordinate institutions;
• Maintaining relations between state institutions and the District 1 City Hall;
• The analysis of the contracts concluded with the City Hall Sector 1 and consultancy regarding possible changes;
• Legalization of court decisions, enforceable titles, applications for the payment of debts to the bailiff;
• Currently, I have approximately 140 court files, from areas such as: civil law, labor law, contracts, fiscal law, contravention law, debt recovery (claims), LTD LAw, as well as legislation in the field of building authorizations and operating authorizations for different legal entities.

The position I held was within the Commission for Defense, Public Order and National Security in the Romanian Senate.
The activity focused on:

• Drafting of legal opinions requested by senators for various aspects of parliamentary activity;
• Preparation of legal information regarding legislative news and changes in internal and external policy;
• the study and drafting of draft laws regarding national security (including cyber security, the regulation of bilateral agreements concluded by Romania with other states, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of National Defense);
• Participation in defense committee meetings;
• Maintaining relations with state institutions in the field of national defense (Defence General Staff, Ministry of Defense, Special Telecommunications Service, The Romanian national cyber security and incident response team);
• Preparation of working visits of the Romanian delegation to other countries or to international conferences, international organizations, summits (Washington, New York, Brussels, Chisinau);

• Full support regarding the changes to the fiscal regime of the limited liability company (the transition from the profit tax to the income tax of the limited liability company;
• Support in terms of obtaining operating authorizations for LTD, establishment of work points, branches;
• Submission of documents to the National Authority for Energy Regulation in Romania (ANRE), in order to obtain operating and accreditation authorizations;
• Convening the General Assembly of the Associates of LTD, drafting the agenda of the meetings, drafting of the general decision of the associates and subsequent documents; registering the documents in the National Register of Commerce;
• Drafting of service contracts, contract negotiation (regarding smart electrical installations, installing photovoltaic panels, efficiency of electricity consumption in smart homes, trade in electronic equipment for electrical installations);
• Participation in meetings with business partners;
• Maintaining the partnership with businesses on the local market and abroad.

• Prepared legal briefs, motions, and pleadings;
• Enhanced case efficiency by organizing and maintaining legal documents, files, and correspondence;
• Managed scheduling of court calendars and deadlines to maintain smooth flow of office operations.
• Facilitated timely and accurate billing by recording billable hours, expenses, and other relevant information in the law office's billing program;
• Edited and proofread legal documents to verify accuracy;
• We submitted documents to institutions such as the Trade Register, to the National Medicines Authority, in order to obtain various authorizations.

It was an internship at the department for recovering claims from legal entities (unsecured claims, to be exact).

It was truly an extraordinary experience, because I worked under the guidance of some corporate lawyers, receiving a job offer at the end, but also very good feedback
