• Completion of and compliance with the training plan based on advanced undergraduate studies, according to the Doctoral School's curriculum;
• Elaboration and completion of the individual scientific research plan, which involves the participation of the doctoral student in one or more scientific projects established by the doctoral supervisor;
• Accumulation of 30 credits in the ECTS system for the Advanced University Training Program, according to the curriculum of the Doctoral School;
• Submission of research and activity reports according to the individual training plan;
• Carrying out experiments and activities in the field and laboratory;
• Writing and finalization of the PhD thesis within the set time and its public defense;
• Publication of at least 2 articles in BDI-indexed journals as first and co-author;
• Compliance with the rules on ethics, health, and safety at work within the University;
• Compliance with the provisions in the IOSUD-UAIC Regulation and the specific legislation.

• Participation in the realization of project implementation activities: A.3.3., A.3.4., A.3.5., A.3.6 under the provisions of the grant application for the achievement of the indicators and project results;
• Ensuring the implementation of these activities according to the GANTT chart, periodically informing the activities coordinator on the status of their implementation and signaling possible deviations;
• Coordination of activities related to event organization;
• Measuring the impact of information and awareness-raising activities;
• Participate in informing, educating, and raising awareness of the visiting public about the importance of natural ecosystems and the benefits of ecosystem services and take care of any details related to the organization of information, education, and training activities;
• Organization of workshops on environmental education for young people, consistent with the conservation objectives of the site;
• Preparation of the content and structure of the supporting materials (photo exhibitions and mini-guide with species and habitats of the protected natural area - to inform and educate participants) and promotional materials (backpacks and t-shirts - to promote the project, the funding, and the sites among the local population);
• Organization of information and awareness-raising events on the importance of biodiversity conservation and the ecosystem services that marine dune habitats provide in the framework of the Agigea Marine Dunes Open Doors;
• Collaborate permanently with the Activities Coordinator, the Media Officer, and the Educational Activities Officer to carry out the activities efficiently;
• Working with information and event organization service providers to ensure the successful implementation of project activities;
• Reporting on communication, information, and publicity activities;
• Measuring the impact of information and awareness-raising activities;
• Reporting to the Activities Coordinator all data required for reporting on project activity;
• The drawing up of any document is necessary to certify the time worked and the income realized within the project;
• Participation in regular meetings organized within the project;
• Drafting periodic reports and other summary materials as requested by the Activities Coordinator;
• Compliance with the obligations assumed by the individual employment contract, including in its additional acts (annexes), as well as in the internal documents of the "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iasi

• Reporting on activities;
• Drawing up, checking, and handing in attendance lists;
• Supervising and accompanying students during and outside activities;

Within the project: "Provision of biodiversity monitoring services on a land area of approx 80 ha, which includes the location of the 7 wind turbines, access roads, and other functions of the wind farm related to the investment objective Cerna Wind Farm, located in Tulcea County, during the operation phase":

• Monthly monitoring of vertebrate species in the park;
• Habitat monitoring in and around the park;
• Evaluation of the conservation status of vertebrate species in the park;
• Assessment of the conservation status of habitats in and around the park;
• Monthly reporting of the populations of species inventoried in the park;
• Measures development to combat negative effects on species and/or habitats if found.
