I have been managing projects, training, business analyst, customer support,soft skills trainer,technical trainer for ( various Apps), public speaking. Project management: Integration, Standardization, Globalization of Workflows,work processes, training Development and delivery for integrating Sun Microsystems into Oracle, and other projects I have undergone multiple international customer service trainings ( and also delivered trainings) , public speaking trainings, “Managing emotions withing though situations” ( for CRM), Very passionate about technology both hardware and software.

I was a key part of the creation, and fully delivered “Moments of truth” training ,which was Oracle’s training initiative for Global Hardware Support Dept I am familiar with Oracle E-business Suite, Oracle APEX, Microsoft, presentations, charts,Windows,Mac OS, Android, Ios, CRM apps,Visio and many more. I am a very quick learner when it comed to new software, workflows , procedures and products . As of me as an individual i love photography ( which i did at a professional level as well: I love natire , am an open minded person, i am used to working, living in multicultural, diverse environments and many other things.

And i am still passionate about Photography as well.

Global Trainer for Dispatch Hardware Support

Initially i was the trainer or EMEA , for Hardware Dispatch department and Customer Service.
I was in charge of training all new employyes for the center in Bucharest , and also i was part of the Team that managed the integration ,standardization team responsible for integrating Sun MIcroSystems in Oracle.

After intergrating the EMEA dispatch in the center in Bucharest i started beeing involved with the other 3 centers -Costa Rica (LAD) , Beijing (JAPAC) and India, and was apointed Global Trainer .
I was also working as part of the Workflow , Processes , App Improvement Global Team, using SCRUM framework, AGIILE and Six Sigma, as part of The Project Management Team aswell.
I was responsible for the ISO annual ISO audits,and part of the process quality improvement Teams.

I delivered a large number of trainings , on location gloablly and online

I worked in the first 3 months as a customer representative, through phone , e-mail and web applications for a CGS client , PHIllpips for a 3 months Project, after which i took another position in CGS for a permanet client ICON Health &Fitness. I was trained by ICON to be the trainer for EMEA in the Dispatch/Customer Service in Bucharest. I was responsible for training new hires, support employees in the day to day opration and insure Best Practices, Periodic evaluations of the dispatchers and constantly working on making work processes and more efficient and streamlined.

Head of the camera departement or` A cam focus puller or first assistant camera (1st AC) is a member of a film crew's camera department whose primary responsibility is to maintain the camera lens's optical focus on whatever subject or action is being filmed. "Pulling focus" refers to the act of changing the camera lens's focus distance to a moving subject's distance from the focal plane, or the changing distance between a stationary object and a moving camera. For example, if an actor moves from 8 meters to 3 meters away from the focal plane within a shot, the focus puller will change the distance setting on the lens in precise relation to the changing position of the actor. Additionally, the focus puller may shift focus from one subject to another within the frame, as dictated by the requirements of the shot. See filmography Here for all the productions i have worked on , in Romania and other countries,and with various production companies: The 1st AC (or Focus Puller) has one of the hardest jobs on the set. And it's one of those jobs that are never noticed until it is wrong. Then you get an lot of pressure, or you get fired ... Focus Pulling not only involves what it sounds like, but also the Focus Puller "runs" the department, in the sense of taking care of all the camera gear, and making sure that everything is working perfectly. A focus puller relies heavily on the Operator to tell him if the shot is out of focus or on the shot footage.
